For dads all over Baltimore
Father’s Day can be tricky…whenever I ask my Dad what he wants, I always get the same response, “I don’t need anything.” For those of you like me that are struggling with what to get Dad this Father’s Day, I have a suggestion. Spend the day with Dad. Maybe spend the weekend together. I’ll give you a few things to do in Baltimore and some reasons why you should do them for Dad this Father’s Day.
Father’s Day weekend for the Baltimore Orioles is not being spent at Camden Yards, but you can always take Dad out to watch the game, eat some lunch, and maybe drink a few Natty Bohs (if you’re over 21 of course). With the way the weather has been the past week, it might be more enjoyable to watch the game while sitting in the air conditioning anyway!
Golf, golf, and more golf
Book your tee time at Mount Pleasant Golf Course and spend some time bonding with Dad over his favorite sport. By taking Dad golfing, not only are you bonding, but you are taking interest in one of his favorite hobbies. Maybe you’ll learn a thing or two from good ‘ole Dad. Arnold Palmer golfed here, so why wouldn’t you want to?
Quintessential Gentleman is the all-inclusive day of fun for you and Dad. Get pampered at the spa…maybe sign Dad up to get a full-service spa treatment that includes HydraFacial or hot stone massage and then shoot some pool afterwards. If you have a suit that needs to be tailored, get that done too! The possibilities are endless. If Dad needs a relaxing day to restore his youth, this is the perfect gift!
Regardless of what you end up taking Dad to do, make sure to thank him for being your Dad!
