Lillie & Greg’s Winter Wedding
It is officially the 2021 wedding season at 1840s Plaza! We are looking forward to moving past 2020 and all of the uncertainty that filled last year. In 2021 we are looking forward to all of our amazing weddings and parties that fill the year. We begin our 2021 story celebrating Lillie and Greg’s wedding! Since safety is still our number one priority along with the happiness of our couples, social distancing and mask protocols are still in place in compliance with Baltimore City regulations.
Lillie and Greg’s love story began back in high school when they attended prom together. When their guests entered the Ballroom for their reception, their guests were able to look back on their love story with photos from when they first started dating to now. This was a long time coming not only because of Covid but Lillie unfortunately became extremely ill and ended up having to push their big day back two months. But nothing was going to get in the way of their perfect fairytale wedding. The Ballroom was beautifully decorated with forest green linens with white orchids and candles filling the guest tables.
The Ballroom smelled amazing from the delicious food that was served by our approved caterer The Classic Catering People. Their entire staff went above and beyond to ensure that all Covid protocols were followed. The Old English Style Pub was lined with a plexiglass to not only protect Greg and Lillie’s guests but the catering staff as well. You could feel the love in the air that night as they danced the night away with their family and friends. The staff at 1840s would like to wish Lillie and Greg a lifetime of happiness and good health. Come back and see us at the 1840s Carrollton Inn for our anniversary!
